- Make sure customer champion is registered in the Jive Community, and that you know their username (register here)
- Navigate to: https://community.jivesoftware.com/groups/socbiz-blueprint
- Scroll down until you see the "Actions" widget on the right
- Click "invite people to join this group"
- Enter your customer champion's username and send
- Encourage customer to download the Blueprint
- Use conference calls and/or prospect groups in the Jive Community
- Help your champion work through Phase 1
