Learn how NetApp quickly grew communities by aligning its community strategy with business priorities and successfully engaging people across all communities, both public and employee. The team from NetApp will test ce of having a clear purpose and vision for how communities will engage target audiences in order to realize strategic objectives. The team will also share how they created cross functional collaboration within its business and IT teams as well as defined policies and processes with cross-functional ownership. Discussion will also cover the need for constant nurturing of communities, flexible and opportunistic planning, and methods forinfluencing communities. NetApp's external and internal community managers will then have an open dialogue with participants around some of the key differences, approaches, and plans that worked or did not work as expected.
