Creating a simple, intuitive, and engaging community for people to share and connect is a complex task that will change as the community itself grows. This session will walk through how Charles Schwab's initial approach, launch, and subsequent community redesign to further drive engagement and awareness of the community itself. This session will also include an overview by one of Jive's Senior Strategy Consultants, Barry Tallis, of the 5 key focus areas to remember in designing communities that maximize member engagement and activity. Barry will also be highlighting design elements from several Jive client implementations including RIM Blackberry, Manpower, and ArcSight to illustrate real-world examples in implementing design and UI best practices.
