You collect a bit of Jive SWAG having been an employee, customer and now partner of Jive Software. From the first time I experienced Brewspace, Jive's internal community, I knew the industrial, cog-like employment methods would be rapidly overturned. Some call me a fanboy, but the truth is that I just want to help expedite that disruption in any way that I can.
