    Why can't a user login with their email address, but username works?

      I've created a 30 day trial account and as part of that I created my own main login and also a test user, with a different email domain.

       

      The login form says login with "Email Address", however that doesn't work for the test user. But when I login with their username it works (I get "Invalid username or password. Please try again.").

       

      However, I can login with my official account using my email address.

       

      I was just wondering:

       

      • Is Jive for Teams only supposed to be for people on the same email domain? If not, can it be configured to be strictly limited to your own domain if required?
      • Is this just a mistake on the login form, that it should be login with email address or username?

       

      Product looks great otherwise.
