Hi John... when a community goes from trial to paid, the get started menu turns off (as you noticed). There isn't a way to currently access this and turn it back on via a paid deployment. However, we have heard great feedback about how those quest type walk-throughs would be useful for an on-going deployment and new users join. Based on that, we are crafting something that could look similar to the quests but take new users through different actions to better engage within an existing community instead of a brand new one.

OK thanks, but in this case even though this community was a trial for 30 days, I dont need it to point new users at 'real' community content.
Although people asked at JiveLive for that in London and ability for it to point at existing customer content. Someone also asked for that to be configurable per container - ouch.
All I'm wanting is just what we see on a trial to still work when it flips to paid
