Yes, that plugin can access the entire database, so a query to the jiveacclaim table would let you know about user points.

This is very cool. Is there any way to simply get the total number of points that each users has on a given day though?
I've found you can only get a report of these points as "point events". I usually export the report, then play with it in excel.
If you first filter down to the date range you want, you can then get totals for each user using a pivot table.
Insert > Pivot table then choose the following fields... Row labels: username and Values: Sum of points
