The easiest way is with CMR: Community Manager Reports Plugin. Once it is installed you can go to the Profile Completion report and download the .CSV. To my knowledge some system accounts are not included in this report.
Another alternative is to get the database table containing the users, which is a little more involved but has everyone including system accounts. You can use the instructions from this thread but get the jiveuser table from the system database instead of the others mentioned: Re: When downloading the Places Activity, is there a way to have a column with place descriptions?
I'm running 184.108.40.206. Does the plugin come with this version? If not, I assume the next step would be to set up a support case to have it installed, right?
According to the CRM Plug notes your version should be supported:
CMR Release 220.127.116.11
04.24.2013 Updated plugin release compatible with Jive 6.0.1+ that includes these fixed issues
To my knowledge since this is a Jive supported plugin, a support ticket is the way to get it installed.
I'm in Jive5 so your mileage may vary. CMR export gives you userids, but
not email address. Jive Admin console can let you export more details, but
it will export ALL users regardless of their state. Admin Console -
Reporting .. then scroll all the way to the bottom for the section Data
We've been exporting the CMR data and the Admin console data and merging it
together via brute force VLOOKUPs. We've been also using some data from our
customer portal and then sending email campaigns to encourage actions. Look
for a presentation by Chris Ewald at JiveWorld13 for more info.
