      Bug Details

      When downloading documents from a task in IE or FF, it gives a weird zip file instead of the document. I will instruct our office to use Chrome for now, but it's going to be a pain to get them to switch.
      (they also keep googling things and finding old sites mentioning the recurring tasks, windows desktop app, outlook integration, and other features that no longer exist, and it's hard to disappoint them and say, "we can't do that." Of course, it would be nice to have the features back, but alternatively, taking the old blogs down might help

      Loving the app, though; it's made a huge difference!

          Hi Karen,


          Are you noticing this behavior when you upload multiple documents in a single comment? Chrome is one of our preferred browsers, yes, but I'd like to look deeper into this issue specifically.


          Regarding features:

          Recurring tasks are an option set as seen below:


          The Windows app is currently not planned as it is not compatible with the latest version of Producteev. I'll see what I can do to remove some of the feature posts from our Blog regarding deprecated features.
