I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with Jive Anywhere. The best way to handle this is to open a case in your Support group in the Jive Community so we can better track and assist you with this issue. We'd need specific versions of Jive, Jive Anywhere, the extended APIs plugin, and browser. It would also be great to get some screenshots.
