Some weeks ago I've had this problem, too.
My solution was to revoke invitation and then send a new invitation to the mailaddress again.

Hi, I'm having this problem too. I've tried with 2 different email accounts, both don't have the notification of invite to network sent to email or producteev. I can't add new people to my network at all.
I realized it's because I was trying to add it to a network with another admin. Fixed with the other admin approving first.
