    Get "Full Access" permissions for my user on my account?


      I would like to enable "Full Access" permissions on our development account. Domain is "https://elasti.jiveon.com/".. Can anyone guide as to how it is possible.. I do not seem to get the option in the permission section to allow "Full Access" to myself.


      P.S: I tried to open a private case with support but the case page asks me to configure a "Place" for the case.. The problem was that all places were greyed out for me and I could not open the case. Also, please tell who gets the "Full Access" when a new account is made.. I only have 2 users in my account but none of them have the full access.. I see some integration users like "GoogleDrive", "webhooks" who have full access. But none of my created user. Is this normal behavior?
