You Can customize file upload size from admin console -> settings -> documents
In addition to what Sourabh has pointed out for document uploads, if you are attaching files (not uploading documents), you may adjust the size limit in the Jive Admin Console via System > Settings > Attachments for Hosted and on-premise customers. For Jive Cloud, this is limited to 100 MB and may be required to be set by Jive Customer Support (please submit a support case as needed).
If you're using an external storage provider, then the file size limit may be greatly increased beyond this.
