Re: Canned "Cohort Analysis" Report?
RyanSe Jul 17, 2014 8:08 AM (in response to neilmussett)1 person found this helpfulYep. I've done something very similar to this on our support site to get a feeling for how much of a retention rate we have and to baseline any changes/improvements we make to the experience.
Internally we don't really have much need for it since folks don't visit either from a) attrition (they've left) or b) they aren't in the intended audience.
Good stuff though.

neilmussett Jul 17, 2014 8:36 AM (in response to RyanSe)When you say that they aren't in the intended audience, are you saying that you have a very specific targeted audience for Jive? We are trying to promote Jive in our own company as something that should be "bigger than email", so we are trying to cast a pretty wide net.

Re: Canned "Cohort Analysis" Report?
RyanSe Jul 17, 2014 1:06 PM (in response to neilmussett)Correct. T-Community (our internal community) is intended for front line employees like our call center and store employees plus the staff that support them. Other groups such as Engineering, IT, HR, etc are not in scope for us at this time.
We primarily do this to keep the results super clean for this audience (T-Community is their primary resource for news/content/etc to support customers and other audiences tend to clutter things up).

HI Neil,
I'm wondering if you're still using this report and whether you've been able to take any actions to move the numbers.
