Hi Jason, Do you have a the notification setting set up for email comments to a post? Depending on what your settings are you may get them for at-mentions but not simply for comments. If you can take a screen shot of your settings, I can tell you is you've got it right for email notifications for comments without at-mentions. Also, in order to receive email notification of comments where you are NOT at-mentioned, you'd need to either be the author or following the doc/discussion in your inbox and ALSO have email notifications turned on.

Thanks for your reply. We didn't change any settings. We have been using Producteev for more than a year now. Not only we didn't receive the email notification, but the notification on the top right corner on producteev.
Here is the setting:
Under notification settings, The checkbox is on when comment is added.
Since last night, none of my co-workers receive the email notification. Can you please look into this?
