Another question, same eager mobile user in our community. He wants to know if there is anyway to see gamification - levels, missions, his points, etc, from the iPhone app. I again want to inquire about this specifically and also if there is a list of what parity exists between browser and mobile apps. Lastly, is there a list of what is planned for the next iPhone app, iPad app, and Android apps? Is there detail on the longer term roadmap for these?
Hi Kevin Williams,
I really enjoyed your presentation How to Create an Award-Winning Support Community - Webinar Recording. We are building similar programs in our Jive-X community.
Because of this webinar, I know that you are hoping to push questions from your customers, when they don't feature private details, to this area. Because of this, I opted to do a public discussion here for this question, rather than a private case. You talk about it around 25:00 in that recording. I wanted to help build the pool of knowledge, knowing, as you said, that support people are focused here.
So I wanted to ask, is there an SLA for responses here? I know there is for a private case. I'd like to get answers to my questions, and want to understand what my expectations should be for posting here.

I understand you're looking for feature comparison between the Jive native apps for mobile and desktop user experience. I believe most of your questions will be covered here:
Specifically, around these topics:
- Adding custom streams: I see that you can view existing customer streams (created on desktop), but cannot create new ones.
- Seeing Advanced Gamification levels, missions, and points: Unfortunately, Advanced Gamification (Bunchball) is handled though a service and isn't available on mobile.
- Features roadmap: As this is tracked and managed by our Mobile Team via the document mentioned above, I'll discuss this with our Mobile Team about adding more details to bring the document current to Jive 8. In addition, I see the question has been asked here as well: Mobility Roadmap. I'll ask our Mobile Team to provide guidance on that as well, so I would recommend clicking on "I have the same question" to follow that discussion.
- SLA on discussion questions posted in Jive Support Resources: Per the comments and answers in The specified item was not found., I see discussions questions have the same expected SLA as a silver support case.
I hope this is helpful. Let me know if you had any other questions on this.
Thanks for the update and for the follow ups you detailed above. I look forward to hearing more about those. Can you post here when you hear back on these? Also, just to make sure I understand, in the Jive Mobile Comparison Matrix, since I am on JiveX - am I looking at the final 3 columns in the second table - Mobile 3 - across Mobile web, iOS and Android? Will that accurately reflect what is possible across those platforms?

Yes, you'll be looking at Mobile 3 for iOS and Android, since that is what the current generation of Mobile falls under. The same version (latest) mobile app is used across Jive platforms from Jive 6.0.3+, so if your mobile device is set to automatically update, it will download the latest published version.
In the meantime, you may find the latest mobile client updates posted in the [ARCHIVE] Jive Mobile Release Binaries group (I recommend following this group), with the latest released being:
I'll keep you posted once I hear back from our Mobile Team on features roadmap.
