I have not encountered nor have heard any such feedback from any other customer.
Sometimes having multiple plugins can cause issues, if you are using more then one plugin, try to leave just the JA plugin and see if you still get the same experience.

Yes, Firefox is my workhorse and I have plenty of plugins. I did not have the time to check which plugins to disable, and since I use them all, I have disabled Jive Plugin for now. I'll come back here, when I had time for more tests.

I've had users experience this, and IT's automatic answer is to turn off JiveAnywhere. They've not looked for alternatives. If there is any way to improve JA so that this effect is lessened or eliminated, that would be fantastic so that I don't run into "auto-removal".
