This sounds like a request for product support, but in general...which ever is the last version have the most accurate state, unless someone rolled back to a previous version.
Hey Ryan Rutan,
Thank you for your prompt response.
For all other documents with multiple versions, I see that there is either published or deleted, but not both. Only for these two documents, I am seeing the state as both published and deleted as well. I also tested the roll back version state and it doesn't have both states too.
Thank you again and appreciate your response!
Are the IDs for the documents the same?
Hi James Ungerer,
Thanks for your response.
Yes, the internal doc ids are same for all of it's versions. The latest version of both the documents is mentioned as 'deleted' but the users who has access are seeing unauthorized access error and the admins are able to access the document normally (without any message saying the these documents are deleted, which usually displays for the deleted documents).
Please look at the database table with the data of these two documents:
Thank you again and appreciate your responses!
From the above it appears as though for Document 1026 and 3186 Version 1 is published.
You can confirm this by searching the for these within JiveDocument and seeing the attached version:
SELECT internaldocid, versionid, FROM jivedocument WHERE internaldocid IN (1026,3186);
If these match then you may wish to clear the Jive Cache to allow non-admin users access (if they are supposed to have access).
