    Possible to Track Who Is The Most Helpful?


      Hi- Our Support team is looking to become more engaged in our discussion forums and they would like to set metrics and goals for their team to work towards. Is it possible to track/calculate who receives the most helpful marks on their comments on a discussion thread? This was suggested as one of the ways to both track their activity and efforts in the community site, as well as creating incentives around who is creating the most helpful answers and comments.


      Any help or suggestions for how to both track how much and who is doing the answering is greatly appreciated! How do you encourage engagement from your support organization?
