      My role with regard to Jive is to communicate broadly what use cases that our collaborative toolset (Jive is one of several tools in the set)  can solve well for.  Ironically, if I were to use Jive to communicate, nobody would read it.  So while I am making progress in defining the use cases, I don't have any great success stories to point at as the company culture is built around forty years of using meetings and email to communicate.
