      how do i open a support case to fulfill the follwoing:


      Hi Lucas,


      Thank you for context.  In terms of next actions-a team member form Sysomos will need to open a support case within your section of the JiveWorks Community, someone from ProServices will work with you on the data dump.


      This doc has some additional information on how to get access to the Jive Database as a Hosted Customer: How do I access my Database as a Hosted Customer. If you do not already have access to the Jive Cloud Admin tool, you will need to log a support case to enable access as it mentions.
