Video Publisher Not Working
Currently trying to upload a video, but we are unable to. Has anyone seen anything like this/know of a fix? Thanks!

Taylor Hayes, are you having trouble publishing the video, or viewing it after publishing it? If you were able to publish it but only see that screen, it takes a while to encode, sometimes up to 24 hours for larger video files.

I'm trying to publish a video - I'm seeing this screen once I click "Create a Video", I usually see a a choice to upload a video or embed a video, but this is what pops up now. I can add a title and description still, but it won't let me upload a video.

What version of Jive are you on? I have a few ideas I'll try out once you let me know whether you are Cloud or Hosted/On-Prem (and which version).

This is happening for us too. Of course we're launching a new group tomorrow with the video as the feature. Agh!
We're on 2016.3.8.1.

1 person found this helpfulIt looks like some customers are currently experiencing issues according to this update: Jive Software Status. I recommend following that URL for updates. It was just recently identified in the past hour so hopefully it will get cleared up soon.

Thanks, Sarah! We were able to, after a few tries, get the video uploaded (whew!), but I'm very glad to have the link to keep track of things in case any of our users experience it.
