Re: DES Issues Global?
Kathryn Feb 20, 2018 9:04 AM (in response to Caton Guilbault)1 person found this helpfulI couldn't get in all weekend and finally got in at 12:11 eastern time yesterday. This is the response I got when I filed a case:
Thanks for the update, I happy that you are able to login now. I confirm that I didn't make any changes in your instance. But there seem to be some intermittent DES login issues, we have created a ticket ANALYTICS-2558 requesting assistance from the respective team. We also have created an internally for this issue. I will now attach the ticket to the case and set the status to "Waiting on Bug Fix". We will get back to you once we have an update for you.

Caton Guilbault Feb 20, 2018 9:27 AM (in response to Kathryn)Thanks Kathryn,
We have a similar WOBF answer but for CUSTOM-5318-DES API Issues. I also noticed that our Impact Metrics are failing to an error now. Are you seeing similar behavior?

Re: DES Issues Global?
Kathryn Feb 20, 2018 10:20 AM (in response to Caton Guilbault)Hard to tell - but they seem to be ok. Sometimes I get the red error bar, but the data appears to be there. I have a hard time trusting analytics other than DES - especially CMR.

I can't get into the DES API Explorer this afternoon. I only use DES once a month, typically, so I had not noticed any issues since it worked in the first week of February.
Our Impact Metrics appear to be working, but they often have errors randomly.

Re: DES Issues Global?
Caton Guilbault Feb 20, 2018 12:30 PM (in response to Caton Guilbault)Our Impact metrics came back a few minutes ago. Still a bit laggy though.
I'm also able to log into the DES Explorer now but I get zero data for today.

1 person found this helpfulI just got logged in, too. Has anyone else noticed before that the 2018 calendar in the date picker there is incorrect? The labels for day of week start with Monday and display through Sunday, but the dates actually align with days of week starting with Sunday.

Is anyone else still having this issue?
I have been able to log in for the most part with the exception of a short window yesterday when I was getting login errors . However, others who are trying to log in to with the same credentials I used are still consistently getting errors.

I haven't tried DES, but we are for sure having random Impact Metric issues. I logged a case and support doesn't seem aware this is happening to multiple customers. I'll point them to this thread.

I've been trying for a couple hours today to use DES with a script and got messages like this several times:
RequestException: # 1 try of 5 ('Connection aborted.', OSError("(10054, 'WSAECONNRESET')",))
RequestException: # 2 try of 5 ('Connection aborted.', OSError("(10054, 'WSAECONNRESET')",))
After my 4th try everything finally completed. It has always worked with no issues before. Something strange is going on for sure.

ecruz@nyl Mar 15, 2018 2:04 PM (in response to Caton Guilbault)I am facing many of the same issues described above, curious what route was the fastest and easiest for those of you who have since had their problems resolved?

Caton Guilbault Mar 15, 2018 4:23 PM (in response to ecruz@nyl)1 person found this helpfulHey Eric,
Sev1 cases have been the only way to get traction on fixes in my experience. I feel like we've been Aurea's monitoring system lately - as soon as our scripts fail I get an alert then test via API Explorer and file a case. There was an outage over the weekend that finally got fixed yesterday...
