    Engagement Analytics has been down for over a week

      Our Engagement Analytics reports have been down since Aug 14th. We promptly created a case in the Aurea Support Portal but have not received any response to this issue.


      When we try to open it, we get:


      There was a problem creating this chart. Give it another try.




      While pasting this I noticed the default start date is later than the end date, but fixing it doesn't resolve the issue:


      Is anyone else experiencing issues with the Engagement Analytics?

      We are on Jive SBS 2016.3.10.0....
