2 people found this helpfulI've personally had that reaction once or twice, and agree it would be good to have it displayed in both locations. As far as I know, there is no option for this, however.
(current version 2016.3.10.4; search still works this way on 2018.2 that is on our Private Preview as of Aug 29, 2018)

- Submit a support case as a feature request
- Speak to your account rep
- Add it to the Issue Tracking Document for Jive Customers | 2018 - our product and support people are aware of this list. And I try to push things from it to them internally.
Just a note: (while I also get confused by this functionality sometimes), it's been around for quite a few versions of Jive with no changes to how it works - I don't expect that it will get much priority for any enhancements in the near future.
On the other hand, if you don't ask, it will NEVER happen - and if enough people log support cases, an issue may get moved up in priority!
