Good question Colin. In CMRs (not the new Analytics), there is a lag in what happens in the community and when it will show up in the CMRs - the data is only updated to the CMRs once a day (usually in the middle of the night). If you checked immediately, you won't see the changes reflected. It also may have something to do with the date range - the number won't match ALL questions marked correct in the Content tab since some of them have been marked correct before the time range that you have set.
If you've already taken all these things into consideration and it still doesn't match, you may need to have your CMRs "synched" which you can do by opening a support case.

I've considered the nightly batch and confirmed that the date range would not be causing any inconsistencies (found a simple example - a space that has 3 questions, 1 with an answer marked correct, all within the last month, and the CMR shows the three questions correctly, but it does not show any With Correct Answers). I will open a support case.
