We describe it in:
- current situation (how does it go now, what is being used and who is involved)
- future situation (same things as above) with this we are not looking at Jive, but just what is needed.
In the document we also write down the permissions that are needed for the use case, per space/group that is created. We also use the Help Your Community Members Design and Manage Successful Department Portals for examples.

I try to include how people will engage with each other and with their content. This helps team members understand their own role and responsibilities with respect to the new model.
