    anyone seen a problem with Symantec Email and unsubscribe URLs


      I am having a problem with email received from a Jive community where my Jive account is repeatedly being unsubscribed to notifications.


      The unsubscribe URL in the emails are of the format that contains a token and no login is needed to complete the unsubscribe.


      My thought is that something is "checking" the URL, such as Symantec's Click-time URL Protection.


      Does this ring any bells?  Anyone been there and done that?


      This has been happening for several weeks and started shortly after we implemented the Symantec mail filter - but may just be a coincident.
