If I post a blog with an external link and a user attempts to open said link in Jive Daily, it attempts to open the external link in Jive Daily instead of using a web browser on the user's device. Is there a way to append the link to open in a browser when accessing from Jive Daily?
There is an Admin Console setting you can change to address this. It was/is a bug, because it didn't used to work this way. Sadly, I don't remember the setting we had to change nor the dispensation of the bug. Perhaps Helen Chen has a better memory than I do.
