    How are you managing content that needs to be archived?

      Particularly documents.  Do you have a process in place that's working?  We are hearing that people are concerned Jive will turn into a dumping ground, similar to SharePoint.

          I typically setup an Archive Space at the Top Level for Archiving Spaces and then individual Archive Spaces in each top level space like Marketing, Sales, HR, etc. for archiving documents and content. Then we leave it there for 1 year and run reports and if nobody views it or says they need access to it in that year, we go ahead and permanently delete it. I have done this for three different communities now and it has worked well.
