    Internal Community ROI timing



      Question to all you internal community managers...


      I know ROI is difficult in this space, but what are you seeing/saying is the timing for ROI on an internal instance?  months/years, etc...


      I found an article that says a positive ROI in 5 years on collaboration tools which includes other collaboration tools in addition to social networks like webinars, etc.  I'm wondering if there is information specifically on timing for an internal social community in the enterprise.
