Developers for Customizing an external facing community

I'm looking for some feedback from anyone who currently develops/customizes Jive community sites or any community managers who can recommend developers. Can you recommend any services/companies? Has anyone worked directly with Jive in customizing the look & feel and functionality of their community site? Can you send me a link to your site or sites you have created?

We used TwinB Creative (http://twinbcreative.com/) to help us add customization to our Topliners community: http://topliners.eloqua.com. They also helped us develop a landing page that we us in our advertising efforts: www.topliners.com
