    Delete or disable certain email templates?

      Is there a way to delete or disable certain email templates? Meaning, stop certain emails from be triggered when a specific activity occurs. For instance, the email template "Jive for Outlook Discussion Notification for non-Jive users' is one that we would like to completely suppress emails from being triggered on. If we converted an external/customer email into an internal discussion, we wouldn't want the original sender to get notified as such.


      Is this possible, or is there a adequate workaround?
