    SBS Support - Integration with ticketing systems?

      Hi -


      Does anyone know if SBS Support can be integrated with support ticketing systems?  Or better yet - does SBS Support have any ticketing capabilities?


      I am evaluating using SBS Support as the user front end to the support process.  It looks like it can be a great knowledge repository for users and has great collaboration possibilities for issue resolution - however, at the end of the day, there may need to be a ticket entered and tracked to resolution.  (With queues, priorities, resolution times tracked to SLAs, etc)  Are there any examples of this?
