Can the Following Stream Updates be removed from the entire community? Or customized? Currently the updates shown are almost a random selection of items. Some are outdated with no actions on them recently.

When an administrator invites a colleague to become member of a public restricted and the colleagues accepts the invite, the status does not change. The invitation remains pending. Anyone familiar with this? Is it a bug? But most importantly, how can this issue be fixed? tx a lot for your advise
