Please clarify Jive's (Jive SBS and Jive Express) pricing question for me.
Is pricing per user means pricing per an active user (not deactivated one) or per any user in the system? If the second variant - how the issue with left employees can be solved, as that leads to paying for those users who don't actually use the system now and won't do this any more?
HI Anna, Jive Express pricing is for active users. The offering currently starts at $900 per quarter -- which gets you up to 100 active users. Starting with the 101st active user, each user is $9 per quarter.
Pricing points vary based on the number of users with Jive SBS but in both cases per user pricing is based on the number of active users. Deactivated users content and profiles will still be available unless you specifically choose to delete it.
