I got the same problem of this. I did send a request and also sent a list of question about product pricing/tec questions, but the following is the only email i got last week.
Couldn't understand about this replied email:

Hello "I ch" I suggest you email Justin directly to expedite a resolution. That will work faster than anything else.
I actually had the same issue over the past three weeks. I was passed around to three different people and no one seemed to follow up until the third person. I would expect sales to at least try an act like they are interested that I'm considering their product.
Chris, my apologies. This was a poor handoff on our side, and we are working on tightening up our process. It wasn't intentional, but it's clear that there was confusion about who owned this conversation.

I got the same problem. I'm trying to contact the sales support in UK since last week.

I will notify the person who is associated to your account and let them know that you were looking for them. Coming out of the holidays/new year (in this case) there is always a hiccup as people's schedules get back into alignment from vacation, so I'm hoping that is the primary issue here. In the future, please feel free to leverage me as a universal contact for escalation should you (or anyone for that matter) find yourself in a similar situation.
