    sgaikwad@hobsons.com

      Hi,

Does anyone know if one can embed an already existing form into a space, if so please let me know how??

      Thanks

So after a lot of struggle we have nailed it!! we used jotform to create an online form and with the help of iFrames (and @Curtis Gross) have the form up and running on our Portal. I still need to play around a little bit to make it more pretty, however this is a good option untill Jive comes up with forms integration. FYI if using iFrames please note to include the height along with the width, makes a lot of difference.

          Thanks

Sweta Gaikwad we use jotfrom now but not with jive, as we are just now working on launching jive. today only 2 poeple create jotforms and use the embed code on our current extranet.

we are going to be contacting jotform to understand our options of integrating jotform into jjve, so our users can create their own forms and get the associated form data collected in jotform.

              what is your process?

if your jive users ask for a form, what is your process to make it happen in jive, using jotfrom. do only a handful of people have access to jotform in company and they creat the form for your jive user? have you looked at making jotform a jive app for your user to download and use...?

              thanks fro your time,
