    "Client/Customer Advisory Groups".

      A recently upgarded Jive customer is making a first attempt to host a client advisory group in their External Jive community.

       

      The questions that comes to mind are:

       

      1. Do you make it secret (so others don't know it is there) or private (so people can see it is there but only the invited few have access0
      2. In order to make it work what agreement do you need to reach with the BU or function asking for the group?
      3. Do you seed it with lots of content and docs or just open it up?

       

      I am sure three are more questions, that I am not even thinking about. It seems to me the challenge is how to make it dead easy for the uninitiated user. How do lay out the proverbial red carpet?
