    Has anyone used poor employee survey results as reason to start socbiz?

      I have a customer who is wondering if anyone has ever used poor employee survey results as a reason to start a Social Business Software project. Specifically, they are wondering about any of the following:

       

      1. Did you use the Gallup Q12 survey?
      2. Regardless of survey used, what was the percent change from pre-Social Business Software rollout to post-rollout, or percent difference between employees who use your SBS environment vs. those who don't?

       

      I know Bupa reported that employees who use Jive reported they are 10% more satisfied/engaged than employees who don't use Jive.

       

      Anyone else?
