    How do I find my old cases that i have opened?

      I am trying to update a case I created and I cannot access this anymore. 


      I cannot reply to the email I get the response :


      "An email reply you sent to https://community.jivesoftware.com was not processed for the following reason:
      There was an error while creating your reply in the forum. If you need assistance or have any questions, please contact the system administrator at communities-no-reply@jivesoftware.com."


      I cannot send an email to communities-no-reply@jivesoftware.com

      I get the error:



      1. does not like recipient.

      Remote host said: 550 No such user - psmtp

      I need to update my case please can you help?
