I haven't looked at this too in-depth myself so might be a simple fix and didn't see it in the issue tracker so just wanted to see if jive was aware of it but it seems sort by rating on the search results page has some errors - for example on the eval site - http://eval.jivesoftware.com/clearspacex/search.jspa?q=test&resultTypes=BLOG_POST&resultTypes=DOCUMENT&resultTypes=MESSAGE&resultTypes=BLOG&resultTypes=COMMUNITY&peopleEnabled=true&dateRange=all&communityID=&numResults=15&rankBy=107
is generating a freemarker error since resultCount isn't defined for some reason. I've also noticed this on my own local install as well. All other sorting criteria seems fine - any thoughts or scheduled fixes?
Re-try the search now.
The database had been imported from a saved version and I had not re-built the search index. There was a document being referenced in the index that no longer existed.
