We have had issues downloading some Excel files from JIVE. There are two files that are consistently pulled down from JIVE without the dashboard visible. We are also unable to click on the "dashboard" button. This prompts users to try to "publish as" which, as noted in a previous posts, then prompts them to overwrite the file. They know NOT to do this because it will delete all the versioning and to instead manually upload to JIVE. But this is problem that we would like to know how to address so no work-arounds are needed. Please advise.
