We have some creative users who figured out that projects operate similarly to what a sub-group might look like.
This particular KM/comms team was able to set up a group overview page with buttons that link to the different sub-groups (they have five).
I think the biggest downside to this idea is that they haven't brought in project RSS feeds to the group overview page so it's difficult to know right away if there is new activity in a project. And I realize people would need to set up specific email notifications, as well.
Are there other things we should be wary of? Curious to know if this worked well/poorly for anyone else. Thanks!
