    Accidental emails to Jive mailbox on my internal system


      So here is the situation....we have an email account to send Jive notifications (we call it Xfactor).  In the settings, we have set Jive to send those emails on behalf of the commenter, creator, etc. This is pretty standard.


      What we often get to the Xfactor email box is accidentally addressed emails to someone else because in the sender's Oulook application, a recipient has 2 addresses--the Xfactor@mattel.com address and their actual address.


      Has anyone figured out how to avoid this?
