    Jive Express - user gets blank document when editing


      I have a user on our version of Jive Express who, when he tries to edit an already existing document, only sees a blank (that is, empty) WYSIWYG editor. He ends up copying/pasting the old content in from another tab, but I can't recreate the behavior myself, and I've watched him do it now in both Chrome and Firefox so I imagine there might be something wrong with his user in the backend.


      Any ideas?
