    Can anyone recommend some suggestions on identifying power users, champions etc in their group?


      To make discussions livelier, encourage others to join  the discussion etc.


      Any advice or suggestion by the community administrators is very much welcome!!!




      Champion – power user,


      Has a power of influence and sees a business case for the tool; is well-known and can be fairly senior; is a natural “thought leader,” and already familiar with Facebook and other social tools. This is someone who uses the tool everyday and can create a "follow the leader" effect. Usually they are well-known in the organization i.e. proven players, who have established significant internal networks, and can leverage these easily.
