This looks like a definite over-site, and we'll I'll get this logged right away for resolution.
As for rectifying the issues, you should be able to do the following:
- In the Blog's container, click on the "Manage" dropdown in the upper-right hand corner, and select "Blog"
- On the right-hand navigation, under the Manager sub-header, select "Posts"
- From here, you should be able to edit the blog post in question and change it's title.
