I am planning to create a ticket for this, but figured I would check with the community as well. We have a couple of users that keep getting this error when they try to open a document from their Microsoft programs. They then have to go in and manually update their credentials every time they open the program. This is obviously cumbersome. We are running single sign-on and the user is using a laptop connected to the network. Thoughts? Groups and user name have been purposely blinded.
