I am working with a leading user group that has built a fantastic platform for member recruitment and communication but engagement is another matter. Focusing on engagement and complete adoption of the community and its value will require a dynamic approach and equally flexible measurements. Note: all members are from different companies so some of the core collaboration possibilities will never be possible as some are competitors.
As we begin to build the metrics and measurement program to drive increased value, are page views, new contributions, reactions, sharing and value (ratings) enough? Are there more interesting and complete measurements?
